ApaLab is a photography studio in Białystok specializing in portrait photography since 1989. As portrait photographers we focus on authenticity: we create portraits that reflect the character and personality of the subject — whether it’s a portfolio image, a business headshot, or an artistic portrait. A portrait session at ApaLab begins with a conversation about expectations, followed by a relaxed studio session using professional ELFO lighting and selection of the best shots. We take several test frames and perform basic retouching on-site so the client approves the final result. With our Noritsu QSS 3501 digital mini-lab we reproduce colors and details faithfully on prints. We also specialize in business portraits — preparing professional photos for CVs, corporate websites and LinkedIn profiles. We understand the importance of professional image, so we ensure consistent style, appropriate lighting and natural expression that conveys trust and competence. Technically precise and empathetic, our work blends craft with care for the photographed person.
