Luka Studio

Luka Studio is a Katowice-based photography studio focused on portrait work — from classic studio portraits to business and personal branding photography. With many years of experience I approach portraiture as a collaborative process: conversation, observation and creative direction. My aim is to reveal the personality behind the face, not merely to produce a pretty image. Every session is tailored — I adapt light, backgrounds and styling to the client's character and the intended use of the images. I work both in-studio (a 60 m² space with 3.2 m ceiling height) where light and background are fully controlled, and on location or in outdoor settings. Services include female and male portrait sessions, business and branding shoots intended for LinkedIn, websites, press and social media. During shoots I guide posing, composition and gestures, review images with clients on the spot and together we select frames for final editing. Post-production is an important stage — I favor natural retouching that prepares images for publication without excessive manipulation. I use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, a professional Eizo monitor and a graphics tablet for precise color and retouch corrections. I collaborate with experienced makeup artists when needed and offer gift vouchers. Portrait and business photography are my core specializations; I also occasionally produce family, children and product photos, always keeping a professional standard and awareness of the material's intended use.
