I'm Uśka from uskafoto — a portrait specialist based in Żory. My portraits are born from one simple belief: a portrait should tell the story of a person, their emotions and authenticity. I work with empathy and calm, helping even camera-shy clients feel at ease and confident. The images I create are more than pretty pictures — they are keepsakes you will return to with real feeling. My focus is portrait photography realized with sensitivity — most often in my Gliwice studio, in chosen outdoor locations, or in your own space. Every session begins with a conversation: over coffee we discuss your expectations, inspirations and the purpose of the photos. I advise on wardrobe, styling and lighting, and guide you through posing so everything looks natural. For business portraits I prioritise conveying professionalism and brand character while retaining the human element of the portrait. I combine a documentary sensitivity with considered portrait lighting — I look for honest gestures, meaningful glances and small details that tell the story. I edit with my own Lightroom preset to achieve a cohesive, timeless color palette. I avoid heavy retouching to preserve authenticity and respect your natural look. Collaboration is relaxed and clear: you receive a private online gallery (Photonesto) to choose your favourite images. If you want prints or an album, I’ll help design a tasteful presentation.
